High Pivot

 

• A pivot roof window with a raised axis of rotation above the center of the window creates more space to stand under when the window is open. The lower part of the sash acts as a top hung window while the upper part of the sash is an additional source of daylight. The sash is supported by an innovative supporting mechanism allowing the window to open anywhere from 0 to 45 degrees.
• The window is operated with a handle located at the bottom of the sash. The handle is equipped with a two-level ajar function for ventilation.
• Automatic air inlet V40P adjusts the air pressure in the room to compliment the air pressure outdoors for maximum performance and stability.

Balcony Window

 

• An innovative, large roof window that opens into a balcony. The upper sash opens upwards while the lower sash opens forward to create a balcony bay. The window stays open anywhere along the 0 ​​to 45​ ​​​degree opening range.
• The window is operated by the handle located at the bottom of the upper sash which has a two-point locking mechanism.
• Automatic air inlet V40P adjusts the air pressure in the room to compliment the air pressure outdoors for maximum performance and stability.
