Recently Completed Mudroom and Laundry Remodeling Project
We are proud to announce we have completed another remodeling project! This project involved the installation of new windows, skylights, removal of rotted wood, installation of new wood and windows frames, and new flooring.

The remodeling of the laundry and mudroom project involved many phases and steps, requiring our teams do everything. From rough carpentry and tile installation to window framing and installation and more. As an experienced home exterior company, we were able to take this project from start to finish efficiently and keeping everything in-house using our own home exterior specialists.
First we removed the old tiles and flooring. New joists needed to be installed, as well as new flooring and insulation for this room. After the flooring and tiles were installed we could start rebuilding the rest of the space.
In order to install new windows, we had to remove the old ones. On top of that – this remodeling project required us to remove rotten wood and replace it. This kind of carpentry requires expertise and precision. We were able to provide these skills and make sure the windows would fit perfectly!
After removing the old wood and installing the new – we were ready to install new, energy efficient windows. In addition to the windows, our team was happy to install a new door. These new windows and door are a beautiful but sturdy glass, letting in natural light and giving the room an open and airy feel.
Finally, we were able to install the FAKRO skylights for the finishing touch. FAKRO skylights are high quality, energy efficient, have leak proof mechanisms, and consistently get high ratings. The skylights added even more natural light and openness to the room, resulting in a stylish but functional space at the back of the home.
The end result is a stylish and functional mudroom and laundry room which the homeowners look forward to using!
