“More Sky” Window Turns Into Balcony To Give Small Apartments Outdoor Experience
Take a look at Argentinian architect Aldana Ferrer Garcia. He has created a new kind of window installation that allows apartment residents to enjoy the sky from their outdoor view cramped quarters. The “More Sky” windows all swing or otherwise extend out from the wall to create a cozy seat for viewing the skies above.
Garcia writes that the project “provides visual relief, access to sunlight and fresh air for small apartments” and is a response to “current needs in densely populated cities.”
